Just a quick note (from us all) to say thanks again for such a wonderful stay.
We couldn't have wanted a better apartment, with an amazing location
overlooking such a beautiful part of Edinburgh. It really made our
birthday celebrations!  Aside from anything else, we couldn't have asked for a more
accommodating host. Thanks again for looking after us so well - it was
a pleasure.
Look forward to staying again soon

I visited Scotland with my family over a period of 4 days. The apartment is located at one of the most important and iconic locations in the UK where you have the magnificent Arthur’s Seat, tranquil Royal Park, vibrant Princess Street and festive Royal Mile within walking distance. As we entered the flat, we were stunned by how gorgeous it was. Whilst my parents fell in love with the Italian sofa chair, I got addicted to music listening through the multi-room audio system. These are just some examples of the great comfort and creativity we have experienced at the flat. It is also important to mention that the Landlord is a wonderful person who is very helpful, friendly and trustworthy. We have enjoyed every moment of our stay and now we have found the perfect apartment when we return to Edinburgh. Thank you again for the warm hospitality!

A very homely, comfortable apartment with great facilities. The location was great - it took us about 10 minutes to reach Holyrood Palace by foot, and from there we felt we were on the outskirts of the centre. It was probably another 10-15 minutes walk to the very middle of the city. Just across the road from the flat is an entrance to the park, which makes for a very pretty alternative route. A large Sainsburys store is situated 10 minutes' walk around the corner which is great for stocking up on breakfast supplies and other basics! Whilst we didn't make the most of all the features the flat had to offer (the jacuzzi bath looked great!) - they were really lovely touches. The impressive sound system with speakers in every room was lovely and made time spent recovering from trundling around the city all day all the more enjoyable! On the whole, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the apartment was a great find. We would certainly return without hesitation.

Really well turned out flat with all facilities to suit family of 4 2 doubles and 2 showers plus dish and wash m/c etc Really good for Park and walks. 15mins walk to town centre and free parking on street. Greatplace for a City break or weekly stay.

We were met by the landlord at the flat with a very helpful and warm welcome.The apartment is very well presented and a good size. Located close to shops and only a short walk to the bus stop into Edinburgh makes this a great place to stop for the city. Great value for money, making this a wonderful place to stay.

We were late in booking this was an ideal way to get some accommodation close to the centre of the city. All of us were impressed with the fully equipped flat with even a Jacuzzi bath in the ensuite which was great.The kitchen had everything you could need and all the fittings were of a high standard. It was very quiet as well as we at the top of the building with great views too.

Hi Petrea, I'm just emailing to say thanks so much for having us this weekend. The apartment was so amazing and even closer to the centre of town than I thought it was. We all had a great time and thank you. I come to the festival every year so may be tapping you up again if you're still renting the flat next August!
